Human Chorionic: Gonadotropin (Fertigyn) injections may cause the following side effects: headache, restlessness, tiredness, and pain at injection site. Rare but serious side effects include chest pain, abdominal pain and/or swelling, confusion, one-sided weakness, and slurred speech.
