Anxiety?: First off I hope you have been evaluated by your doctor for possible thyroid disease. I see that you have anxiety disorder and sometimes this can also play a role although I am not saying that this is the only reason. If all your evaluations have been negative then I would just say that everyone is unique and it may not mean much more. If you have not been seen yet- go to your MD. Good luck!

High metabolic rate: When you have a higher metabolic rate you have the symptoms that you describe and this is not something that can be changed. See a doctor and they will check your thyroid, to see if you need treatment as thyroid conditions can do this.
