Unsure: Best to visit with your doctor and share your complete history. Some people have reflux after eating which is felt in the chest, other may have esophageal motility problems that can be painful. Cardiac causes are always important to consider regardless if the pain is felt in the chest. Please ask for help from your physician.

Reflux?: Possibly acid reflux or dyspepsia. You can try taking omeprazole or ranitidine daily for 2 weeks to see if it helps. If not, then see your doctor. If you have chest pain with exertion then you need to see the doctor now.
