No: With a molar pregnancy the hormone levels have to be monitored for a while until it becomes negative. This is the reason contraception is so important antsy that you do not try to conceive while the levels from the molar pregnancy is still elevated. We would not be able to tell wether it's a new pregnancy or a persistent molar pregnancy.

Not cured yet: Do you mean your beta-HCG test is still positive? The beta-HCG level should drop quickly and steadily after curative treatment of a molar pregnancy. If yours is not doing that, it implies that you have residual disease, (or that you have been cured of that and are now normally pregnant). If you still have molar disease, discuss with your doctor the use of methotrexate to treat it.

NO: After a molar pregnancy you must be followed by your doctor for up to 6 months to make sure all of the tissue was removed. If the HCG becomes normal you still need to be follow up with urine test for an additional period of time. the fact that your HCG levels are still elevated may been that some of the molar tissue remains.
