A member asked:

Is there a good medicine that can keep me awake in case of jet lag?

Best...: It is best to listen to your body, get the rest that you need to adjust to the time differences rather then try to force yourself to stay awake. Exercise/moving around/staying active during what would be normal "wake times" can help. Jet lag happens, but it doesn't last forever and your body will adjust in a few days naturally.
