UTI treated: likely, the same antibiotic used to treat a urinary tract infection (based on assumption from urinary frequency) was used to treat your current UTI. What you are calling a "chlamydia med" is probably an antibiotic (in the US, we use azithromycin or doxycycline, usually) and it just so happens to treat your current UTI. Don't worry about it unless there was a chance you could be at risk for STDs

Various reasons ... : Possibly a low-grade UTI or another infection that didn't show in your routine UTI/STI tests or, if you were given doxycycline, possibly because it has an anti-inflammatory effect as well as being an antibiotic.
