Probable infection: Some urinary tract infections cause no symptoms. Same for some STDs that can cause white blood cells in urine. You don't say your sex: in women, a non-clean-catch urine specimen can contain WBC from the vaginal area. Any of these should be professionally evaluated: discuss with your doctor.
