A member asked:

I have new poly lenses have same base curve as old lenses and same prescription, yet vision blurs toward the edges?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lens quality: Some people have trouble with polycarbonate lenses leading to some distortion in their vision, but usually this is not a problem if they are made well. If you have never used poly before, this could be the problem. If the lenses are much wider that others you have had, this could be a problem even with the same curve. It could be a manufacturing error, so ask the vendor or prescriber to check them
