NO: U/S determines whether it's cystic or solid. If solid biopsy is the definitive method of diagnosis. If cystic the aspiration or watching is indicated with rexamination.

Ultrasound can : detect suspicious lesions that might be breast cancer. When ultrasound detects a suspicious lesion, however, biopsy is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. Ultrasound alone can only estimate the probability that a lesion might be malignant.
