Here are some ...: For most cases, circumcision can be done safely for any men at any age as an outpatient under local anesthesia by an experienced surgeon. Expect some pain especially for the first 2 days after circumcision, but well eased with oral pain medication. Generally, he may resume daily physical activities in 3-5 days with some expected soreness and resume normal sexual activities in 2-3 weeks.

Yes safe: It is safe to have circ at 33.I don' know what you mean by "safe".If you are referring to having sex,I would wait 4-6 weeks so as not to tear the incision.
