Can i put about 100 letrozole pills in a bottle? it was originally in blisters. does the medicine degrade if it stays for too long in a bottle?

No: putting medication in a blister pack is a nursing issue not a pharmacy decision. To be sure call your pharmacy. I am confident that it is ok.

Ask pharmacist: According to one site, letrozole" "Store Below 40°C. Protect from Sunlight and Moisture" The individual compartments protect it from moisture. I do not know how sensitive it is to it. Write the manufacturer and ask, if your pharmacist cannot help you..
