Breast pain with nur: Mastitis is one concern, an infection. Please see your OB for this.

Mastitis?: You may just be getting used to the nursing, but if your breast/nipple is red and/or warm I'd worry about mastitis. Have it examined by your doctor promptly if this continues.

Breast engorgement: While most breastfeeding mothers experience some degree of engorgement of their breast during the early period, pl get a doctor or midwife to check your breast to rule out mastitis or abscess, which will have additional symptoms like redness and fever and would need antibiotics, besides cold compresses and anti-inflammatory meds.In the meantime, use a manual breast pump for the needed respite care
