To hospital: If she has osteomyelitis in her leg and it is still draining pus I would advise you to take her to the hospital. She will need observation and probably intravenous antibiotics and surgical consultation. Good luck

Chronic osteo: this is frustrating for your aunt and her doctors. Hyperbaric oxygen has been used to treat this in adition to orthopedic drainage. Hyperbarics may not be availbe in Pakistan. Chronic antibiotics is probably the only answer at this point
