BP varies: Our blood pressure varies widely through out the day and night. It is usually highest first thing in the morning. A 24 hour monitor is the best way to get an accurate idea of your overall blood pressure. Your doctor is doing a great job!

Variations in blood: pressure are normal. blood pressure is variable depending on activity, stress, medications, diet.
