Seek an evaluation: You need to see a doctor. This could represent an infection in your prostate as the locations you describe are commonly reported with prostate issues. But this could also represent inflammation(which can be related to infections) of the rectum or the urinary tract. If this is infectious you could get sicker sooner rather than later.
