Myths: No and No. Implantation is asymptomatic and atraumatic. Imagine a fetus, smaller than a speck of dust, landing on the wall of the uterus. Such a microscopic event does not cause bleeding. Some women do see one or two small blood spots or spotting but in no way is this common or defined as 'bleeding'.
