Neuropathy?: It sounds like a nerve problem that needs to be studied with a nerve conduction test. Your doctor will examine your neck, shoulder elbow, wrist and hand to try and localize the situation. Possibly a nerve is pinched somewhere and an operation will fix the problem or a bone or joint issue is the focus.
