Tension: A wrapping, tight feeling on the forehead radiating backwards could be a tension headache. Provided these symptoms resolve on its own or with minor medicines, probably would observe. You should follow up with your doctor to see if further testing is advised. Good luck

Muscle contractions: the tight muscles sound like muscle contractions, so look in the mirror and see if you notice any wrinkling/frowning. I am like your doctor and am not sure what it is. Such issues we call a transient sensory neuropathy. Hopefully it is transient and goes away.
