Couple of Things: Pain in the right lower area of a female's abdomen could result from several things ranging from urinary tract infection to appendicitis to issues with the reproductive organs such as ovaries, including but not limited to ovarian cysts, which can cause bloating-like symptoms. Suggest you see a doctor for in-person evaluation and urinalysis to rule out infection and go from there.

Get checked: It would be wise to be examined and spoken to by your physician. Your urine , bladder could be inflamed or your ovary or appendix. Provided it is not your hip bone, typical bladder symptoms due not get worse or spread to the actual hip bone. More testing and answers can be found when you visit your doctor.
