Ice bucket challenge: Thanks for doing the ALS ice bucket challenge. Sometimes cold water or ice cream causes vasoconstriction which is painful, and this may cause headaches. Sorry to hear that! Make sure you keep yourself warm and dry. Make sure you take enough fluids. This will keep the blood vessel wide open. A little ibuprofen or acetaminophen may help.

Likley Ok: Likely not related to your ice bath. You probably are still recovering from the cold of which you are already being treated. Stay warm and follow up with your doctor if still worse.
