PPD: A great resource to learn more is http://www.Postpartum.Net. Consider meds and/or therapy, ask your OB for a referral. Try to increase your social support. Group therapy is a supportive alternative. Mom groups. Try to prioritize sleep over household chores. Try to be active, a walk with the baby. Have friends or family help around the house. Sign up for a meal train, anything that creates support.
