Clear carbonated: beverages are sometimes used - if you are going to drink a soda for this purpose would recommend ginger ale. Check to make sure the product you select actually contains ginger. However, ginger tea is a much better alternative if you have only nausea. Regularly drinking soda has been linked to Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, Diabetes, heart disease & metabolic syndrome.
