No.: Emetrol is the brand name of an over-the-counter upset stomach medicine taken to relieve nausea and vomiting. It is a phosphorated carbohydrate solution containing fructose. It is unknown how it works. Taking this is analogous to drinking syrup mixed without the carbonation in soft drinks (coke syrup).
