Diabetes: Hi. The only things to be concerned with are diabetes and its common precursor, prediabetes. Prediabetes has a very high rate of progression to diabetes. The very (and I mean VERY) rare risk of hypoglycemia in non-diabetics (insulin-producing tumors or beta cell hyperplasia) is so extremely rare that you needn't worry yourself about it.
