A member asked:

What do you suggest if my uric acid count is always around 7.8. should i be concerned or is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal Uric Acid: Normal values range between 3.5 and 7.2 mg/dL. High levels can cause gout or kidney stones. A level of 7.8 is mildly elevated, so if you are not experiencing any symptoms, regular monitoring should be sufficient management. I hope you find this helpful!
