Be More Specific: Post nasal drip is usually caused by allergies creating increased mucous in the nose which runs down the back of your throat. You can also get post nasal drip from things that irritate your nose that you are not allergic to like pollution, smoke, perfumes, and other strong smelling things. It can be treated with antihistamines and if that fails see your doctor.
