My baby 1yr has little red dots around her mouth that come and go i think it's a heat rash or from her saliva.. how do i get rid of it or help it?

Rash from saliva: It is rash from the saliva and drooling especially when the babies are teething.Most of the time these disappear own its own and if severe you may need a mild steroid cream like 0.5to1%hydrocortisone cream.
