Only Two: The only prescription nasal spray that is considered "safe" during pregnancy is budesonide known as Rhinocort. It is a Category B medication meaning that we think it is safe, but we do not have the highest quality studies to prove it is safe. Ipratropium bromide nasal spray is also a category B. No other sprays in the United States are above category C.
