Hi, have a sore throat (started as post nasal drip). usually use a product like andolex-c (topical analgesic), but is it safe during early pregnancy?

Sore throat ?: Andolex-C is not certified as "safe" in pregnancy, although there are no known adverse effects documented. Warm saline gargles are often effective for symptoms described. Check with your OB for his/her advice.
