A member asked:

Can you tell me about pregnancy and floxin (ofloxacin) ear drops contraindications?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Floxin (ofloxacin) drops: You need to treat an infection. For antibiotic ear drops there are not a lot of choices, Gentamycin and Cipro (ciprofloxacin). The worst thing for the pregnancy is an ongoing or worsening infection. There is no contraindication. You don't have a choice but to treat the outer ear infection. Your doctor who prescribed the drops knew you were pregnant and started you on them.
