Sorry, nothing OTC: To prevent herpes if you are exposed? If so, is the concern oral or genital? Does partner or family member have HSV1 or HSV2? Or do you have it and want to prevent outbreaks or transmission to others? If so, is your infeciton oral or genital, HSV1 or HSV2? All these make a difference in best prevention. Only prescription meds are effective against HSV. Also ondoms to prevent sexual transmission.
