A member asked:

Are there any environmental triggers i can avoid to prevent my rosacea from getting worse?

Varies: It is very individual. Pollution or certain chemicals can cause flares in different people. If you are aware of triggers you can try to limit these flares but there is no one unoversal trigger.

Yes: Stress, alcohol consumption, some food sensitvities, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, embarassment, spicy foods -- all can be triggers for rosacea. Your triggers may be different than someone elses. Learning them and avoiding them are the key to keeping your rosacea under control.
