Therapist: You should do the ones given to you by the PT the Orthopedic Surgeon sent you to. If he did not send you call and get the referal . If you didn't go, then go now. This may be the most important part of the procedure.

PT: You need formal rehang with a qualified shoulder therapist. post-op rehab for Bankart is difficult and for best results require rehab with supervision
