If you are 11 you: need to show your parents or caretaker and get to pediatrician. The breast have fatty tissue and as you are likely starting to develop into a young lady, breast tissue starts to grow and ducts in the breast develop. See your pediatrician or physician to evaluate and disuss

Don't worry!: Don't worry! Most of these lumps in adolescents are benign, and worrying will only make your situation worse! Take your daughter to her pediatrician to be sure. She may be embarrassed to have a breast exam, but you can explain that as we get older this is a normal part of an annual physical. If she hasn't seen her pediatrician in over a year it is a good time to schedule a well check anyway.
