BLISTERS?: Without pictures you could have blisters characteristic of sun burns or some pimples or an infection. Best to wear sun block and get checked by your doctor soon. Good luck.

I would guess they r: small blisters and the skin is sloughing off. Make sure you keep moisturized, and aloe vera with soothe the skin. Don't pop blisters or pick off dead skin, and if not healing well, see doctor
