Parethesias: Peripheral neuropathy of various causes like B12 deficiency, diabetes, carpal tunnel syndrome and tarsal tunnel syndrome among many other causes can do that. Please see your primary care physician or neurologist for EMG/NCV testing to confirm it is peripheral. Zostrix or capsaicin cream/lotion made from hot peppers can help with that kind of pain. Just make sure you do not get it into eyes.
