???: Have you had any tests done to find the cause of your pain.I would go back to the doctor with a detailed history of how often,and where the pain is and precipitating factors.A detailed history and physical will prompt the doctor to decide what studies to order.It is not possible to make an online diagnosis,.Good luck.

Either go back or go: to the Emergency Room if your pain is this severe. Typically severe pain is a warning sign that something is wrong. Further work up is needed.
