With lots of water: you can continue the fosamax (alendronate) as you usually do. The medications should not disrupt each other. That said, if you stoped the fosamx for a few days it would not make much difference

Take as usual: these medications do not have an interaction. fosamax (alendronate) is typically advised to take in the morning on an empty stomach. you can take your other pills a couple hours after taking your fosamax (alendronate).
