R/O PPROM: You appear to have an incompetent cervix treated with a cerclage. If your cervix is thin, the watery/slimy discharge could be amniotic fluid and this needs to be examined. A 28 week fetus is viable and you currently are at risk for infection, preterm premature rupture of membranes (pprom), and may need to be hospitalized at bedrest. Your doc needs to consider abx and steroids for lung maturity.
