Screening: it is to help screen for psycriatic conditions. it is seldom used anymore because of refinement of the art of mental illness treatment. However it may be helpful

Testing not relevant: In the past had been used to screen for psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia. People that use the test attempt to determine a person's motivations, cognition, affect, and personal or interpersonal perceptions.
