Dysesthesia: This uncomfortable sensation from merely touching normal appearing skin is seen in diabetics and nerve disorders like neuropathy and multiple sclerosis. It doesn't appear that you have any of the signs or symptoms of those conditions but for further evaluation see a neurologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
