A member asked:

Why do they say not to put isopropyl alcohol on large areas of the body? i got some on my chest and stomach, and now i'm really worried it absorbed.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not to worry: Do not drink it - that is the risk. The absorption from topical application of these areas is little from your brief exposure. Drinking it is where the risk is.
