No Worries: What few bacteria may have been in the semen should not cause a problem if a few drops contact your anus.

Probably not: While potentially transfer of bacteria from semen to anal region can cause STDs, as in gay men, in case of accidental transfer in the same person, it is unlikely due to physiology of the normal flora of your own system. If you get any symptoms of pain, irritation or new unexplained fevers, pl get yourself checked out.

Fistula possible: To confirm- you have a chronic prostatitis for which you take abx. When you ejaculate, semen comes out of your anus- if this is the case, you need to see a urologist, to determine if you have a fistula. Normally, there is NO opening between the anus and your prostate; a chronic prostate infection could have caused the opening, or else the opening was present and is now infecting the prostate.
