Pain Clinics: If what you are looking for is Pain Medications such as Narcotics because of the new regulations most doctors are not willing to compromise their license. You might need to be evaluated by a psychiatrist and be enrolled in a detox program. Anxiety disorder are better treated by psychiatrist not by pain management or primary care doctors

Difficult: Unfortunately this is a difficult situation. In the end, you have to find a provider who you are comfortable seeing and who is also comfortable working with you. There is not easy answer besides keep on looking. Your best bet would be to find a support group in your area for those with chronic pain and ask who they are seeing provider wise. Best of luck.
