Chest Pain: Cause of chest pain are multiple not all the time is the heart at your age is less likely. But still needs to be rule out. GERD (heartburn), costochondritis or inflammation of the joint between the ribs and breast bone, muscle sprain, asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis all can cause chest pain
