Many possibilities: One of the most common at your age is irritation in your swallow tube as it enters the stomach. This is just behind your heart, aggravated if you consume caffeine, or spicy foods or lay down after you eat. Ribcage pain where the bones join the breastplate, muscle pains, lung lining pain, and more. Heart issues would be unlikely but your doc can confirm/exclude the cause.
