See Below...: Using a home ovulation prediction test will increase your chances of pregnancy by helping you time intercourse. You can buy one in a good drugstore without a prescription. If you do the test and discover that she is not ovulating, you will need to see an Ob doc. The stone in the ureter will not cause problems with fertility. Best wishes!

Conception: A stone in the ureter should not affect fertility - or sperm travel or ejaculation. If narcotics are in the picture, libido can decline.
