They should know: If you have SVT they would know if they have access to your heart rhythms. Sustained rhythm disturbances can cause issues including chest pain from not enough oxygen to heart. 220 - your age is max heart rate. If beneath that speed at your at you really shouldn't be having significant chest pain. Young girl with that I would think about Wolf-Parkinson-White
