Brief episode of stabbing pain (12/10 for pain), now just feel like can't fill lungs/chest heaviness. bp ~120, but have svt also. not lightheaded etc.

Call your doctor: These are concerning symptoms. Chest trauma can be associated with pain that limits inspiration. Muscle injury of the intercostal muscles between the ribs may do the same. Chest heaviness is typically not seen. SVT with a high heart rate >120, pneumonia, collapsed lung, heart arrhythmia, heart failure, viral myocarditis are other possible causes. A chest X-ray and examination is needed ASAP.
