Not normal: This really requires an in person evaluation. Do not discredit these symptoms, if this occurs again or your symptoms progress have a low threshold for being evaluated by an emergency department physician. Bottom line is, this is not normal, and you should be evaluated early next week by your primary care physician.

See your doctor: Although it sounds like these symptoms have resolved, I would recommend not taking them lightly. See you doctor and go through a full check-up including blood work.
